By using this site, you accept these terms

If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the version published here at the time you use the site is the one that applies.

Requesting a demo does not create a contract

You can ask us for a demo through this site. Doing so is an enquiry, not an order, and it does not commit either of us to anything.

We will contact you about that demo using the details you give us. Nothing becomes binding until we have both agreed terms in writing.

Buying TRAYD

The prices and plans shown on this site are an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. We confirm what you are buying, what it costs and what we will deliver before anything starts.

The service itself, the 30-day money-back guarantee, cancellation, payment, and what happens to your site and data if you leave are confirmed with you in writing before any work starts, and are set out in the service agreement you receive when you sign up.

Information on this site

We keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not promise it is complete or error free. Prices, plans and features can change.

The research figures we quote are other people's, published, and named where they appear. They describe the market, not results we are promising you. Screenshots, sample messages, example businesses and demo phone numbers on this site are illustrations, not real customers or real outcomes.

Using the site properly

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send us false or misleading information.
• Submit someone else's personal details through our forms without their knowledge.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Introduce anything malicious, or attack the site in a way that affects its availability.

This section covers the website only. Our liability under any paid service will be set out in the service agreement for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
